Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with 3–5 years of inventory or cost accounting experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Proficient in inventory costing, reconciliations, month-end close, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of PFRS and internal controls; CPA and experience in retail, distribution, or warehousing are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accounting activities, including transactions, costing, valuation, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, variance investigations, and inventory adjustment reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and PFRS requirements while supporting audit activities.
• Supervise, coach, and review the performance of inventory accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues, prepare management reports, and drive process improvements.
