Allianz-Synergia Inc. is seeking a proactive Export & Logistics Coordinator to support international shipments from Manila. You will handle export documentation, coordinate with freight partners, and keep stakeholders informed on order status.

The role requires strong English, ability to work independently, and collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and the sales team to identify opportunities and ensure timely delivery.

• Hands-on import/export experience with export documentation and logistics coordination
• Strong written and verbal English communication for overseas customer interactions
• Ability to manage operational tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate export documentation and logistics for international shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage overseas customer communication, including order updates, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Support product registration activities by coordinating required information with Regulatory Affairs
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and customer needs
• Provide sales administration support, maintaining records and assisting the international sales team
