Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an International Operations Analyst 1 to join our Operations Support Services team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will handle cases, manage account information, and identify risks while collaborating across teams.

You will perform routine updates to cardholder and corporate records and address moderately complex requests with careful attention to credit and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/COLLEGE degree preferred with 2+ years in a relevant field.
• Background in credit, banking, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling account tasks.
• Willing to work on-site and able to shift weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Case Handling: Research and respond to account inquiries across channels with accuracy and compliance.
• Account Management: Review, update, and document cardholder and corporate account information.
• Risk Identification: Detect potential fraud, credit, or chargeback issues and elevate appropriately.
• Perform routine updates and documentation of cardholder/corporate accounts (name/address changes, returned mail, etc.).
• Research and document moderately complex cardholder requests related to credits, payments, or fees.
• Follow client policies and procedures to validate disputes and correct information in credit bureau systems.
