Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of operations to influence stakeholders on risk/fraud tech enhancements.
• Drive security improvements by partnering with stakeholders across business units.
• Document progress and remedies; provide recurring updates on projects.
• Educate stakeholders on fraud risk, and follow up with each business unit.
• Provide non-traditional risk monitoring and occasional off-hours support.
• Help stakeholders prioritize risk enhancements.
• Act as SME on worldwide risk processes and best practices.
• Present ideas, case studies and proposals clearly in writing and verbally.
• Centralize and streamline risk mitigation across systems, regions, and centers.
• Attend industry conferences and training courses as assigned.
