Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in logistics with ocean exposure.
Knowledge of marine insurance and INCO terms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with high data-entry accuracy.
Typing speed of 40–50 words per minute.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and sets up international Ocean import including liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and insurance.
Coordinates and sets up international Ocean export including liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and insurance.
Provides ocean quotes to clients and agents.
Tracking and tracing with client-visible notes in CW.
Administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing.
Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and carriers.
Reviews export controls regulations and MIGRA compliance.
