Responsibilities

• Front and manage recruitment across several roles in different departments, including high-volume hiring.
• Develop and roll out sourcing strategies using AI tools and innovative platforms.
• Lead structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Act as an account manager, maintaining clear communication with clients to meet recruitment needs.
• Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment to keep processes timely.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and candidate quality.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and AI advancements to lift efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruiters.
