Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage client communication through email, chat, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate client requirements, schedules, updates, and follow-ups.
• Provide clients with recruitment and candidate status updates.
• Maintain professional client relationships and ensure requirements are clearly communicated internally.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, candidate information, interview schedules, and account requirements.
• Track pending requests, follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and client requirements are completed on time.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate and conduct client interviews and applicant pre-screening interviews.
• Assess candidates based on client requirements and position qualifications.
• Ask relevant follow-up questions and identify gaps or concerns in candidate experience.
• Provide candidate feedback and recommendations.
• Assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination when needed.
• Support urgent or time-sensitive recruitment requirements.
