Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks a CTO to define and execute enterprise technology, AI and innovation strategy. Lead PSG’s transition to an AI-first operating model, turning emerging tech into scalable products and improved recruiting outcomes.

Partner with executives across operations, client services, and finance to strengthen PSG’s tech-enabled services globally. The role requires guiding architecture, data, cybersecurity, and compliance while building a high-performance, global technology team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Significant executive leadership in technology, AI, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
Proven success scaling AI and automation from pilot to enterprise adoption.
Experience with generative AI, voice AI, cloud platforms, integrations, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead PSG’s AI-first operating model and multiyear technology roadmap.
Direct development of Anna AI and scale AI pilots into products.
Establish responsible AI standards: accuracy, bias, privacy, security, oversight.
Oversee enterprise platforms, cloud, and cybersecurity across global teams.
Advise CEO and board on technology investments and risk management.
