• Strong track record delivering integrated digital platforms and payments ecosystems.
• Experience transforming fragmented tech environments into scalable architectures.
• Deep understanding of security, governance and data practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology roadmap across member applications, platforms and touchpoints.
• Simplify and integrate the tech ecosystem to improve onboarding, payments, engagement and retention.
• Translate pain points into scalable technology solutions with external partners.
• Lead architecture decisions, AI/automation initiatives and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors and franchisees to align regional needs with corporate platforms.
