Lotte-Gulermak-EEI Joint Venture is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to coordinate civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing interfaces for large-scale infrastructure projects in the Laguna area. You will lead SOW demarcation, clash detection using BIM, and multi-stakeholder coordination with contractors, government agencies, and clients.
The role requires 5+ years in interface management, railway project exposure, and a strong grasp of local/international standards,
Technical Experience: Experience in civil, architecture, electrical, mechanical and plumbing disciples.
Contractual Expertise: Review of interface-related contract condition, including SOW demarcation and R&R clarification.
BIM Pronciency: Ability to utilize BIM for interface coordination crash detection.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowlege: Understanding of local and international standards and permitting requirements.
Construction & Site Coordination: Experience in site execution, sequencing and conflict resolution among contractors.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts with various stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identification and mitigation off potential interface while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Testing & Commissioning Coordination: Knowledge of system integration, pre-commissioning processes to ensure a smooth transition from construction to operation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in interface management, coordination, or relevant engineering fields within large-scale infrastructure, railway, or construction to operation.
Must have a Railway Project experience.
Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing system.
Experience in SOW demarcation and construction review related to interface management.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for interface coordination and clash detection.
Regulatory & Compliance: Familiarity with local and international standards and permitting processes.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions resolve disputes and align various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors and clients.
Testing & Commissioning Coordination: Understanding of system integration, pre-commissioning and commissioning processes in large-scale projects.
