Job summary

Lotte-Gulermak-EEI Joint Venture is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to coordinate civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing interfaces for large-scale infrastructure projects in the Laguna area. You will lead SOW demarcation, clash detection using BIM, and multi-stakeholder coordination with contractors, government agencies, and clients.

The role requires 5+ years in interface management, railway project exposure, and a strong grasp of local/international standards,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil, architectural, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in interface management, coordination, or related engineering fields.
Railway project experience required.
Experience with interface SOW demarcation and R&R clarification.
Proficiency in BIM for clash detection and coordination.
Knowledge of local/international standards and permitting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction and site execution, resolving conflicts among contractors.
Coordinate testing and commissioning, ensuring smooth transition from construction to operation.
Facilitate regulatory compliance and permitting processes with local and international standards.
Stakeholder communication and management with government agencies, contractors, and clients.
Identify and manage risks to safety and quality during interface management.
