Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking an experienced Intercompany & Procurement Accountant – Divestiture to support finance activities related to entity separation projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify, reconcile, and transition intercompany balances and procurement data during divestitures.

The role requires 3–5+ years in accounting, strong knowledge of intercompany processes, and proficiency with SAP. Hybrid work arrangement and multi-entity coordination are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience in shared services or multinational setting.
• Experience in intercompany accounting, general ledger, AP or procurement accounting.
• Experience supporting divestitures, mergers, or legal entity separations.
• Strong understanding of month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficient in SAP and data analysis; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intercompany transactions and balances impacted by entity separation.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support intercompany settlements, transfers, and separation activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, AP, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare journal entries for intercompany settlements and separations.
• Ensure proper reflection in the legal entities after separation.
• Support period-end close activities related to the separation.
• Review procurement transactions and vendor balances impacted by separation.
