Job summary

William Hill PLC is seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst to record, maintain and reconcile fixed assets and IFRS 16 lease transactions within the RTR function. You will manage asset creation, disposals, depreciation runs and balance sheet reconciliations, supported by ERP systems and audit-ready practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and at least 2 years in accounting, with IFRS 16 exposure and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangements are offered within our Manila SSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/finance operations, preferably in SSC/Finance.
• Understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and IFRS 16 exposure preferred.
• Experience with ERP fixed asset modules; IFRS 16 knowledge advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation).

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain and reconcile fixed asset and IFRS 16 lease transactions.
• Create and capitalise assets in the ERP fixed asset sub-ledger.
• Process amendments, disposals and reinstatements per approvals.
• Run monthly depreciation and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Respond to fixed asset/IFRS 16 queries and support audits.
