Job summary

evoke is seeking an Intercompany Analyst to handle accurate preparation, posting, and processing of intercompany transactions within the RTR function from our Manila center.

You will execute IC charges, post journals to ERP, support month-end close, reconciliations, and participate in process improvements to strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with the intercompany framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting/finance operations, preferably SSC/Shared Service.
• Understanding of intercompany accounting from study or work experience.
• Experience with ERP journal entries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intercompany charges and documentation per approved recharge structures.
• Post IC journals to the ERP system within month-end schedule.
• Process IC settlements and maintain supporting records during month-end close.
• Contribute to IC reconciliations under Senior Analyst review.
• Respond to helpdesk IC queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with audit support, data for management reporting, and regulatory submissions.
