Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a finance professional to perform intercompany billing transactions in accordance with GAAP, policies, and internal controls.

You will gather backup docs, process manual invoices, validate disputes, and ensure receivables are collected within the period. The role supports month-end closings, prepares reconciliations and reports, escalates issues to the Team Lead, and helps maintain SOPs while seeking process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and BlackLine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process intercompany manual billing for the assigned business group.
• Gather and review required documentation for intercompany invoices.
• Validate disputes by checking records and supporting documents.
• Ensure intercompany receivables are collected within the prescribed period.
• Prepare simple intercompany balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Support month-end close and reporting within the sub-process and escalate issues as needed.
