Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an Accountant for Intercompany accounting to support daily operations and timely closing cycles in line with SLAs. You will ensure accuracy of intercompany balances and complete balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities.

The role requires solid GL experience, adept journal entries, and strong ERP knowledge (SAP or Oracle). You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive process improvements, and provide audit support

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; CPA preferred.
2-3 years in intercompany accounting or shared services.
Strong GL, journal entries, and reconciliations in high-volume environment.
ERP experience with SAP or Oracle; Oracle preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Execute accounting and daily operations for Intercompany Accounting; ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support timely closing of financial periods per calendar and SLAs.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations for intercompany accounts; monitor receivables/payables.
Record journal entries and prepare accruals for recurring transactions.
Participate in intercompany netting and coordinate with partners across the group.
Identify process improvements and support audits and controls.
