Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking an Accountant for Intercompany in Cebu City, Philippines. This hybrid role supports Intercompany accounting and daily financial operations within our shared services environment.

Responsibilities include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and timely period closings. The candidate should have a CPA-friendly background, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 2–3 years in a shared services or BPO setting.
• Intercompany accounting and general ledger experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute intercompany accounting and daily processing.
• Close books timely per closing calendar and SLA.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations for interco.
• Process journal entries and accruals for recurring transactions.
• Support audits and coordinate with stakeholders.
