Job summary

Dover Business Services, a Dover Corporation shared services unit, is hiring an Accountant, General Ledger in Cebu City. This role supports journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and fixed-asset accounting within a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will work with SAP/Oracle ERP and advanced Excel to ensure accurate financial reporting, control, and compliance with internal policies and external standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries, allocations, and period end adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Reconcile sub-ledger accounts and intercompany transactions.
• Support fixed-asset accounting, depreciation, and asset dispositions.
• Assist with cash management and audit support.
• Contribute to process improvements in general ledger activities.
