Job summary

Omnicom Media Group in the Philippines seeks a Communications Design Executive to join Initiative’s team. This entry-level role assists in creating communications design briefs to help achieve client business objectives and learn the fundamentals of communications design with our proprietary tools.

You will be mentored by department leaders, gain exposure to digital strategy basics (Facebook and YouTube), and stay current with digital innovations as you support a busy agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 1–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proactive, energetic and eager to learn about media and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Communications Designer Manager/Director with communications plan development
• Prepare inputs that power the client’s communications plan and grow their business
• Deliver day-to-day inputs and timely responses for the team
• Conduct regular trend, culture and competitive analyses for clients (post-campaign reports)
• Attend brainstorming sessions and support ideation for creative connections ideas
• Help compile relevant industry research and assist in RFP development
