Job summary

Lyra Health Philippines is hiring a qualified counsellor to provide high-quality, solution-focused counselling and information support to employees of client companies, mainly over the phone. Requirements: Master's in Psychology or Counselling, and active PRC registration as Psychologist or Psychometrician with a valid counselling license if your masters is in counselling.

English and Tagalog fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or Counselling required.
• Active PRC registration as Psychologist or Psychometrician; valid counselling license if master's is in counselling.
• Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia; relocation and accommodation funded by the candidate.
• Tagalog and English language proficiency essential.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) preferred.
• Remuneration: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month depending on profile and interview feedback.
