MedGrocer is seeking a Teleconsult Psychologist to support clients through individual and group teletherapy, tailoring care plans with evidence-based interventions and coordinating mental health initiatives with the Digital Health Team.

The role offers a fixed monthly income on a work-from-home setup, with occasional meetings at the Makati office. A flexible schedule and weekend availability are welcomed to serve corporate clients.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology and licensure.
• Experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents.

Responsabilidades

• Tailor care plans to clients using evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Deescalate high-risk cases remotely.
• Apply new intervention methods to teleconsultations.
• Collaborate with Digital Health Team for triage and scheduling.

Teleconsult Psychologist

Directly supports the mental health needs of clients through individual and group consultations and coordinates mental health initiatives. Conducts teletherapy with a fixed monthly income on a work-from-home set-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor care plans to the needs of each client using evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Deescalate high-risk and emergency cases remotely.
• Apply new intervention methods to improve the effectiveness of teleconsultations.
• Collaborate with the Digital Health Team for appropriate client triaging and scheduling.
• Create webinars, workshops, and programs focused on mental health in a corporate setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed a Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Registered Psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
• Preferably has experience addressing concerns related to job-related pressure, financial issues, and mood disorders.
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents.
• Willingness to work from home with occasional meetings at the Makati office.
• Open to working on weekends.
