Job summary

MedGrocer seeks a Teleconsult Psychologist to provide teletherapy and individual/group consultations, supporting corporate mental health initiatives for over a million Filipinos.

You will work from home with occasional Makati office meetings, applying evidence-based interventions, crisis de-escalation, and collaborative triage with the Mental Health Team. Fixed monthly income offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology required.
• Registered Psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
• Experience addressing job-related pressure, financial issues, and mood disorders is preferred.
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents is required.
• Willingness to work from home with occasional meetings at the Makati office.
• Open to working on weekends.

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The Teleconsult Psychologist directly supports the mental health needs of clients through individual and group consultations and coordinates mental health initiatives. They conduct teletherapy with a fixed monthly income on a work-from-home set-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor care plans to the needs of each client using evidence-based psychological interventions

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed a Master's degree in Psychology
• Registered Psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy
• Preferably has experience addressing concerns related to job-related pressure, financial issues, and mood disorders
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents;
• Willingness to work from home with occasional meetings at the Makati office
• Open to working on weekends
