Job summary

AStella International in Bacoor City, Cavite, is seeking a highly organized Intake Coordinator to be the first contact for new clients entering our Peer Support Program, ensuring a smooth and positive intake and onboarding experience.

You will help build and oversee the Intake team as the program expands, with opportunities to lead, train, and improve client communications. Strong English, interpersonal skills, and Spanish language ability are highly valued to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred; ~30% of clients are Spanish-speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with confidence handling phone conversations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple client follow-ups and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in healthcare, patient coordination, customer service, or call center preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the desire to grow into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Receive referral lists from home care partners.
• Contact referred clients by phone and introduce the Peer Support Program.
• Educate clients about the program and answer questions professionally.
• Guide clients through the complete intake and onboarding process.
• Collect, verify, and maintain all required client information.
• Coordinate referrals and handoffs to the clinical intake team.
• Accurately document all client interactions and update CRM/tracking systems.
• Conduct follow-ups until each client's intake and onboarding process is completed.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the intake journey.
