Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Claims Operations Manager in Manila to oversee claim analysis and coordination, manage service centers and repair partners, and drive TAT and SLA improvements for faster, higher-quality resolutions.

You will lead process improvements with trackers and dashboards, streamline invoicing and collections, and coach a small team as the portfolio scales with senior stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claim analysis and coordination performed by the Claim Associate, ensuring accuracy and completeness of assessments.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with service centers and repair partners to expedite claims and improve resolution quality.
• Set and monitor claim turnaround time (TAT) targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the escalation point for complex, disputed, or delayed claims.
• Identify recurring claim issues and drive process or partner-network improvements.
