• At least 2–3 years of experience in claims handling, logistics, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of Claims Associates.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and within the required turnaround time.
• Handle escalated claims issues and customer concerns.
• Review and validate claims investigations, documents, and resolutions.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Prepare reports related to claims volume, status, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, warehouse, and other departments regarding claims concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance claims operations.
• Conduct training and orientation for new team members when necessary.
