Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to market personal line products through telemarketing and handle inbound inquiries with a focus on customer experience.

You will convert bank-provided leads, make outbound calls to promote insurance offerings, and handle inquiries while meeting targets and KPIs. A strong sales mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales.
• Experience in banking, insurance, telecommunications or other target-driven industries is welcome.
• Confident with a high volume of outbound calls and strong sales mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce and promote insurance products.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide accurate information on products, benefits and services.
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence and correspond via emails.
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment and achieve KPIs.
• Follow up with interested customers and manage leads through the sales cycle.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant insurance products when appropriate.
