Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a target-driven Associate Consultant to handle outbound telemarketing, convert bank-provided leads into sales, and maintain quality engagement with customers. You will identify cross-sell opportunities and work to meet regulatory standards.

Applicants should show confidence in communication, resilience to rejection, and strong teamwork. Relevant insurance certifications are a plus, with prior industry experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence.
• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities.
• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards.
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and mitigates risks.
• Highlights any potential concerns/risks and shares best risk management practices.
