Qualifications

• Minimum of GCE O Levels or higher.
• At least 2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience in the Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective telemarketing and customer engagement.
• Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to established quality and service standards.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
