Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a target-driven Associate Consultant to handle outbound telemarketing, convert bank-provided leads into sales, and maintain quality engagement with customers. You will identify cross-sell opportunities and work to meet regulatory standards.

Applicants should show confidence in communication, resilience to rejection, and strong teamwork. Relevant insurance certifications are a plus, with prior industry experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry advantageous.

Location: Raffles Place
Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Commission: Up to $9,000
Bank-provided leads - NO cold sourcing required!

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements

• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
• Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;
• Prior experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous;
