Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Experience with accounting and reporting systems and tools such as Essbase, SmartView, or general ledger platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage statutory and regulatory financial reporting deliverables for life and non-life insurance entities, including filings and financial statements.
• Coordinate with business unit stakeholders to support financial close activities and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate variances, monitor ledger activity, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Develop board reporting materials and financial analyses, including commentary on key results and variances.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities while maintaining documentation and supporting audits.
