• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 2–4 years of experience.
• Hybrid work with 3x weekly onsite in Quezon City, night shift.
• Knowledge of CGAAP/USGAAP and NAIC accounting bases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries and reconcile complex GL accounts.
• Analyze financial results and provide management commentary.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory filings.
• Mentor staff accountants and share best practices.
• Prepare state filings and financial statement pages.
