Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Mindanao. You will build relationships with bank personnel, assess client financial needs, and recommend insurance or investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will conduct personalized consultations for walk-in clients and bank customers, educate them on savings, insurance, and linked products, and manage your sales process from consultation to policy issuance and post-sale servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in financial services, sales, banking, or insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willing to be deployed to an assigned bank branch location.
• Licensing support and training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with bank personnel to drive client referrals and leads.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance or investment solutions.
• Offer personalized consultations to walk-in clients and bank customers on protection and wealth-building options.
• Educate clients on savings, insurance, and investment-linked products tailored to their goals.
• Ensure a smooth sales process from initial consultation to policy issuance and post-sale servicing.
• Manage and expand client base through after-sales engagement and follow-ups.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Adhere to regulatory and company policies with complete and accurate documentation.
