Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive to work on-site in Mindanao, delivering customized financial advice to clients and bank customers. You will identify needs, recommend insurance and investment solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process with integrity and focus.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of financial services or sales experience, with strong communication skills. Willingness to be deployed to a branch location is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with bank personnel to drive referrals.

• Educate clients on savings, insurance, and investment products.
• Ensure smooth sales process from consultation to policy issuance and servicing.
• Grow client base through after-sales follow-up and engagement.
