Job summary

HRTx Inc in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive to drive growth at an on-site office, working Monday to Friday. You will identify new leads, expand your network, and request referrals to build a strong client base.

The role emphasizes presenting financial solutions, matching products to client needs, and developing lasting relationships to meet and exceed sales targets, while collaborating with the team to share market insights and grow the business.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or candidates with 6–12 months in sales or customer service.
Degree in any discipline accepted.
Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
