Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Support professional to help implement sales strategies and maintain strong client partnerships. The role involves field work, driving client prospects, and ensuring proper insurance sale documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in life/non-life/health-HMO marketing and is willing to work in the Makati/Pasay area. Driving skills are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 4-year course graduate.
• At least 3 years in Life/Non-Life/Health-HMO and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support head in implementing sales and operating strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Execute sales drive strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Evaluate profitability of accounts and suggest remedial actions.
• Mobilize team for prospecting and networking with potential clients.
• Review proposal letters to prospective clients.
• Ensure accuracy of insurance sales details for clients and branches.
• Monitor account retention, renewals, and premium collections.
• Communicate with Insurance Product team on product development.

Job description

The position is primarily responsible for providing support in the implementation of sales and operating strategies to attain revenue and profit targets. The position is also responsible for maintaining partnerships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Department Head in implementing sales and operating strategies to attain revenue and profit targets.
• Executes sales drive strategies to optimize sales.
• Evaluates profitability of accounts and recommends remedial action to maintain favorable account loss ratios.
• Mobilizes the team in prospecting and networking with potential clients.
• Reviews proposal letter to prospective client.
• Ensures accuracy of insurance sales in terms of amount, client, branch, and other details.
• Monitors account conservation, timely renewal of policies, and collection of premium payments.
• Communicates with Insurance Product team in developing and enhancing products.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least three (3) years work-related experience in (Life / Non-Life / Health-HMO) and Marketing.
• Preferably with driving skills.
• Amenable to do field work
• Willing to work in Makati/Pasay area
