Job summary

AS White Global in Manila is seeking a Processing Assistant to support an Australian insurance broker network. You will handle quotations, new business, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and Broker Assistants, maintain client records in company systems, and follow up on declarations and outstanding requests while upholding policy compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Australian insurance broking, with exposure to policy processing, renewals, endorsements, or related insurance administration.
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn industry-specific insurance systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, new business, renewals, and endorsements accurately and within required timeframes
• Support Account Managers and Broker Assistants with policy administration and day-to-day processing tasks
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records, documentation, and task tracking in company systems
• Follow up on workers' compensation declarations, debtor communications, and outstanding requests as required
• Deliver professional client support while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
