Job summary

AS White Global is seeking an experienced Broker Support professional to join our Manila offshore team, supporting the Australian market. You will work closely with senior brokers and underwriters on commercial portfolios, gaining hands‑on exposure.

Key criteria include 3–5 years supporting the Australian insurance brokerage market and proficiency with INSIGHT and SCTP systems. This is a full‑time onsite role in Manila, aligned with Australian hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supporting the Australian insurance brokerage market.
• Experience using INSIGHT and SCTP systems is mandatory.
• Understanding of corporate and commercial insurance products and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support brokers across corporate and commercial insurance portfolios.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client meeting materials.
• Draft client correspondence and assist with policy documentation.
• Manage renewal processes, including follow-ups and compliance checks.
• Maintain accurate records in insurance CRM and policy management systems.
• Liaise with underwriters to obtain claims histories and support risk assessments.

What You’ll Do

Key Criteria

• Possess at least 3–5 years’ working experience supporting the Australian insurance brokerage market.
• MUST have an experience using INSIGHT and SCTP system
• Strong understanding and background in corporate and commercial insurance products
• Understanding of insurance legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple workflows effectively

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours - Perth (8am–5pm PH local time) with full time onsite role
