Qualifications

• Educational background in business/finance/related field.
• Experience in insurance, policy issuance, or admin operations is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office and Canva/PowerPoint, fast/accurate typing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Accounting for premium payment confirmation, DST, and FST requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Agents for delivery of policies to insured clients.
• Process policy endorsements, including changes in sum insured, mortgagee changes, and cancellations.
• Assist with reprinting lost policies, preparing certifications, and resolving policy issuance errors and concerns.
• Prepare transmittals and monitor the release of policies to clients, banks, and financing companies.
• Prepare daily and monthly policy issuance, DST, FST, and production reports.
• Assist in audits, inventory of accountable forms, and preparation of annual reports.
• Prepare quarterly reports to the Insurance Commission (IC) on FST payments to the Bureau of Fire Protection.
• Prepare monthly reports to the IC on Surety/Bond and Total Loss claims.
• Prepare LTO validation reports for Accounting for voucher replenishment.
• Perform other administrative and insurance-related duties as assigned.
