Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries across phone, email, and other channels in Santo Niño, Nueva Ecija. You will assist customers with online portals and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records and following policy guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree with relevant experience and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with relevant customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
• Experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and advisor enquiries, service requests, complaints and feedback across phone, email and other service channels.
• Attend to inbound and outbound calls relating to policy enquiries and servicing requests.
• Assist customers with the use of online portals and mobile applications.
• Handle escalated enquiries and ensure cases are followed through to resolution within service standards.
• Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience across different touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Comply with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support department administration, workflows, projects and other duties as assigned.
