You will be the vital link between insurers and customers, handling inquiries, claims, and policy matters with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a call centre or insurance environment.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process inquiries, policy information requests, and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products and policy terms.
• Document interactions in the management system with precision.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
• Support policy administration: issuance, amendments, renewals.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time and satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge.
