Job summary

Tasq Work in Pasay is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our growing insurance account at MOA Pasay. You will handle inquiries about policies and claims, provide accurate information, and deliver courteous service by phone, email, and chat.

The role requires at least 12 months of international BPO experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work on-site with night shifts. We offer Free HMO, free dependents, night differential, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• At least a SHS Graduate or completed 2nd year in college.
• Must have at least 12 months of solid international BPO experience.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in MOA Pasay.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team and management to improve customer service delivery.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
