Job summary

SALES RAIN BPO, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Subrogation Analyst to support US P&C insurance claims. You will review subrogation demand packages, identify missing documents, and validate key evidence such as repair estimates, salvage details, and invoices.

You will analyze vehicle loss types, verify cost components, perform quality checks, and support claim lifecycle activities until closure. Strong communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce or Insurance preferred.
• 0–3 years in Claims/Subrogation/Insurance operations.
• P&C Insurance certification (AINS/CPCU) – good to have.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review subrogation demand packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing documents and data gaps for recovery.
• Validate key documents such as repair estimates, salvage details, and invoices.
• Analyze vehicle loss type (total loss vs repairable).
• Verify cost components in demand packages (repairs, rental, towing).
• Perform quality checks on teammates' work.
• Understand end-to-end claim lifecycle and explain findings.
• Support claim lifecycle activities until closure.

Job description

Role Overview:

• Basic to intermediate understanding of US P&C Insurance Claims lifecycle, including:
  • FNOL, Coverage Verification, Claim Processing
  • Subrogation & Recovery (key focus area)
  • Document management and claim closure
• Understanding of Subrogation fundamentals, including:
  • Identification of third-party liability
• Familiarity with insurance policy structure and claim lifecycle, including:
  • Coverage, deductibles, limits, exclusions
• Knowledge of basic insurance terms: Premium, Claim, Deductible, Liability
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to identify potential recovery opportunities
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Review subrogation demand packages to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Identify and highlight missing documents/data gaps required for recovery processing
• Validate and organize key documents such as:
  • Repair estimates / total loss evaluation
  • Salvage details
  • Rental invoices, towing invoices
  • Prior damage reports
• Perform basic analysis of vehicle loss type (total loss vs repairable vehicle)
• Review and verify cost components in demand package (repairs, rental, towing, etc.)
• Do a deep quality check of team members’ work
• Knowledge of detailed end to end claim lifecycle.

Claims Support Activities

• Review FNOL and claim documents to ensure data completeness
• Perform basic coverage checks as per policy documents
• Highlight missing/incomplete information to claim examiners
• Assist in claim system updates and documentation
• Support claim lifecycle activities till closure

Quality & Reporting

• Adhere to SLAs, TAT, and quality benchmarks
• Assist in client and internal ad-hoc reporting requests

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of:
  • Subrogation & claims lifecycle
  • Liability and recovery concepts
  • Analyse documents with attention to detail
• Ability to Identify subrogation potential from claim data

Requirements:

• Graduate (Commerce/Insurance preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in Claims/Subrogation/Insurance operations
• Certification in P&C Insurance (AINS/CPCU) – good to have
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook

Shift Time:-

• 9 PM to 6 AM (PH time)
