Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business related courses.
• 3–5 years or more professional experience in brokers or sales for non-life insurance.
• Background in non-life insurance.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results on time under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through broker partnerships.
• Offer and tailor insurance policies based on broker and client needs across auto, fire, property, marine, casualty, and personal accident lines.
• Achieve sales targets by expanding the broker network and retaining accounts.
• Visit brokers regularly to present products, assess requirements, and propose insurance solutions.
• Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams to support sales and policy issuance.
