WHR Global Consulting in Cebu is seeking a Broker’s Sales Officer responsible for developing and managing relationships with insurance brokers to generate new business and support end-to-end brokering.

You will tailor policies (auto, fire, property, marine, casualty, personal accident) and strive to meet sales targets while visiting brokers and coordinating with underwriters and internal teams for seamless policy servicing and claims follow-up.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business related courses.
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in brokers or sales for non-life insurance.
• Background of non-life insurance.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver results on time under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: identify and pursue new business opportunities through broker partnerships.
• Broker Relationship Management: establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
• Marketing Support: develop and execute strategies to enhance broker engagement and market reach.
• Administrative Tasks: maintain broker accounts, policy status, and records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, policy issuance, and claims follow-up.
