Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Placement Analyst to support the Health & Benefits team in renewing client contracts and managing insurance placement across Asia Pacific. You will work with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to collect data, analyze proposals, and prepare renewal documents.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and solid Excel analysis.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with Health & Benefits plans.
• Experience in benefits consulting, brokerage, insurance, underwriting, or actuarial work is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client benefit renewals from start to finish.
