Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Health & Benefits Renewal Analyst to support onshore APAC activities. You will initiate renewals, collect data, prepare quotes, and coordinate with carriers to deliver renewal deliverables for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of Health & Benefits experience, strong English communication, and MS Office expertise. Training and compliance are integral to this role.

• Experience: 2-3 years with Health and Benefits plans in consulting/insurance context.
• Execute pre-placement, placement and post-placement activities for APAC team.

Responsibilities

• Initiate renewal activity 90/120 days prior to expiry of clients’ Health & Benefits plans.
• Approach insurance carriers/vendors for information and process data for pre-renewal reports.
• Prepare quote slips and distribute bid requests (RFP) to carriers/vendors.
• Collect, summarize and analyze proposal findings.
• Support renewal report/placement/renewal deliverables for clients.
• Manage queries from carriers/vendors/clients and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with clients on renewal documentation and census data.
• Coordinate with Data/Billing/Invoicing to validate enrolment data and invoices.
• Follow regulatory procedure as defined by origin country.
• Peer review team members’ work prior to delivery to clients.
• Attend training and meetings to stay updated on trends and regulations.
• Comply with internal excellence and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
