Job summary

Premier Outsource Partners, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced insurance support specialist to manage end-to-end processing of policies for Australian clients, including quotes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

You will review client requirements, liaise with Australian insurers and brokers, prepare policy documents, certificates of currency, invoices, and renewal notices, and maintain CRM records with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Australian insurance broking and underwriting support.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products (property, liability, motor, etc.).
• Familiarity with Australian insurance practices and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with insurance broking systems (WinBEAT, Insight, SCTP or similar) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of insurance policies including quotes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Review and analyze client insurance requirements and assist brokers in preparing tailored insurance solutions.
• Liaise directly with Australian insurers, underwriters, and clients for policy placement and servicing.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates of currency, invoices, and renewal notices.
• Proactively manage renewal pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle more complex accounts and resolve client or policy-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Assist in claims processing, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with insurers.
• Ensure compliance with Australian insurance regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM and insurance broking systems.
• Support process improvements and train junior team members.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
