Job summary

China Bank Group is seeking an Account Management Assistant to handle processing of CBS non-motor NEW accounts, generate renewal lists, and assist branches and clients with inquiries. You will coordinate with insurance providers, ensure policy issuance in the Insurance Information Business System (IIBS), and support monthly billing, discounts, and payment-related transactions.

Strong communication and numerical accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or background in the non-life insurance industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Numerically inclined with strong attention to detail.
• Able to coordinate effectively with branches, departments, insurance companies, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Process non-motor new insurance accounts and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate and expedite approvals from insurance providers when necessary.
• Provide coverage confirmations required for loan releases.
• Request policy issuance and ensure timely transmittal of policy documents.
• Coordinate payment applications with the Accounting Department.
• Assist in generating and releasing monthly renewal notices to concerned teams.
• Prepare weekly billings and process discounts, refunds, and payment-related transactions.
• Request and monitor policy issuance from insurance companies and ensure accurate booking in the Insurance Information Business System (IIBS).
• Assist branches and clients with claims inquiries, documentation, and status monitoring.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests from internal and external clients.
• Perform other duties and special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
