Job summary

Insure Hub in the Philippines is seeking an Insurance Account Assistant to join our client service team. You will serve as the operational backbone of our account management unit, ensuring rapid turnaround on policy documentation and delivering friendly, reliable service to policyholders.

Working with Senior Account Managers and Brokers, you will process policy endorsements, renewals, address changes, and applications in our AMS, while maintaining data accuracy and timely billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience; previous insurance or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; Canva and AI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Client Administration: Process endorsements, renewals, address changes, and applications in the AMS.
• Client & Carrier Service: Respond to routine inquiries regarding billing, policy updates, and payments via phone and email.
• Claims & Renewal Support: Assist with gathering renewal data and follow up with carriers on pending documents.
• Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Reconcile carrier invoices and maintain accurate electronic client files.
