Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with agents and relay company updates.
• Conduct market research on competitors’ promotions and services.
• Monitor agents' production, renewals, remittances and claims.
• Solicit new business through presentations with agents.
• Assist agents with quotations, proposals, claims, and settlements.
• Prepare proposals and forward to agents.
• Collection, agent training and recruitment.
